FS: Engine Parts

A few weeks ago, I broke a ring in my 2002 VQ35. I replaced it with a low mileage junkyard 2007 engine.

I transfered all of my old parts to the new block, so I am left with pretty much a complete 2007 engine (with the 2002 block -low compression in one cylinder) available.

The front valve cover, and the cooling lines in the front and between the heads has been sold already. Everything else is still available.

Please contact me with requests.

Sorry, No. It was not on the engine when I got it. Popular item, I see..

Do you have the VIAS butterfly thing? If so, how much do you want for it?

Not sure what you mean.. That part of the intake??

If it is part of the engine, I probably have it.. Can you give me a better idea what it is? photo maybe?

Lots of other good stuff, for anyone looking.. Complete wiring harness, complete front cover, timing gears/chains, oil pan, starter gear/flex plate, heads should be good too. Block is a good "core" if someone wants to replace the broken ring.

http://forums.maxima.org/6th-generat...ias-plate.html

If you look at the pics in post 2 the plate that says NWP. Well in a stock car, it should be in the same place and have some hoses attached and stuff. If you detach that plate, there should be a butterfly sorta like the throttle body butterfly. I only want that piece with the plate and stuff. I dont want where the hoses lead to, just the plate thing and i guess the hoses.

I'd think that is part of the intake.. I'd like to sell it as one piece.

No, the 07 block/heads are what I needed.. I have all of the 07 extras (Intake, exhaust, timing chains, gears, covers)... Along with the 02 heads and block. All for sale.

I will double check this weekend that I still have it.. I think I sold an intake a few months back, but that may have been the one off the 2002 engine.. I THINK I still have the 2007 intake.

I dont remember if the yard motor came with that. I will check. If I do have it, it would be from the 2007 engine.

I should have the complete 2007 intake (upper and lower), as well as the exhaust manifolds. Don't think I ever had the converters..

I will double check when I am back at the shop.

i just got an 05 maxima 3.5 sl with 85k miles and i got it pretty cheap due to the fact that it need motor mounts (the car kicked when shifting from 2nd to 3rd)....ive replace the mounts and the car still kicks....the gears are smoth no problems shifting but can it still be the trans? ive taken it to nissan and they tell me nothing is wrong but why does it kick so hard? my neighbor has a 04 maxima and his kicks as well are the supposed to kick like that when shifting from 2nd to 3rd?
