Give it some time, Eibach came out with springs for the 02 Altima 3 months after its release

The 04 Max and the 02/03 Altima have the same suspensions being that they share the same platform.

this needs to be checked out. the 04's has rear independent suspenion- the springs in the rears are separated from the rear shocks....just like the BMW's and Benz. so my question is how can the 02/03 altima has the same suspension or only on the 3.5 SE models?

I would have to question this... The platform may be the same and the springs may fit, BUT the Maxima is heavier than the Altima. You would be dealing with sagging and such. Wouldn't the compression rates of the Altima model springs be different than the Maxima?
