2004 Infiniti Models?
Has there been an speculation on the 2004 G35 models.
Considering that the new max is out with 265hp, and the 03 G35 is rated at 260, I would assume that Infiniti would tune it up slightly higher, say at 270 or something.
Does anybody have any news on this?

I was just told by all three dealers I looked at G35s at that in September the 04s will be out and that they will be the same HP...but, in November the 04 AWD G35 will be out...Ya know the new Maxima we were all hoping for, but Nissan didn't give us...so I asked about the engine, etc and it came down to this...I would have to wait 6 months (way too long) for a car with no more power, but more weight and with the VDC and Traction Control on the current G35, wheel spin is not an issue so I am getting my new G35 in mid June. I heard no news on the coupe.

Nah man the FX's and the Murano are completely different SUV's. The Murano is a car-based SUV in the same vein, although far better performing, as the Toyota Highlander. The Murano is built on the same platform as the Altima and new Max. The FX's, however, are less SUV and I think something closer to a cross over vehicle. They are based on the Z/G35's RWD/AWD platform. Any similarities between the Murano and FX's are just a result of the Nisssan-Infiniti design motifs.
