What up everyone?!? I am about to open an All Tune & Lube in Baltimore, Maryland (North West County) and in addition to the car care services we will be offering, I want to become a high performace specialist as well. So, what I'm looking for are mechanics and a shop manager who (hopefully) have knowledge and experience in performance upgrades.

I'm going to be running a TOP NOTCH center and want only highly motivated, competent, and trustworthy people. A shop manager with me can make pretty good money and will be in charge of all day to day operations.
