You can go HERE and get a free carfax report, you don't need to put your correct email address in either, it will give you all the data on the screen.
Also, it is one free report per pc, so to do more than one you need to do the following:
1) Leave their site
2) Delete the carfax.com cookie, or if you don't know how to do this, delete all cookies (for IE go to tools, internet options, delete cookies
3) Close all open Internet Explorer windows
4) go back to carfax.com
