Great! I'll also print out a copy, gonna call them tomorrow. The rattle is getting progressively worse...even on fairly smooth roads, it's getting more noticeable.

I just cut up a piece of grey fabric (old sock) and made two small rolls about 1"x1". Stuck them inbetween the window and the deck one either side of the thrid brake light. Stopped the problem completely. Just need to get the car in to the dealership to get it fixed for real.

Took the car in Monday for an oil change. Told them about the rattle and they wanted me to recreate it. Of course I didn't have any of my CDs with me and the stuff on the radio didn't make the back panel rattle. I mentioned about the TSB, they checked it and fixed it!
No more rattle and the system sounds just great!!!

 

Took mine back a few days ago with the printout....and voila! No more rattle. Can't even begin to tell you what a difference it makes....not only for the stereo....but just driving on rough pavement....feels like a whole new car.
