How much did you pay for your 04 Maxima

To all you 04 Maxima owners:

How much (if any) were you able to negotiate off MSRP when you purchased your new car? I've never bought a Nissan before, but these new Maximas could change all that. Hopefully the dealers in Indianapolis are more negotiable than their Acura counterparts.

I bought a 2004 SE with the Drivers Preferred, power sun roof, mats and splash guards. The MSRP was about 32,300 +/- and I paid about $29,300. Better than just that, I was able to get them to give me about $1000 more for my trade than any other dealer.

anyone who orders a car through a lease package has to remember that when the car comes in, by law, the dealership does not have to stick to its initial price, they have to go by the lease criteria for the month. i was offered a great deal, but being that i work for mitsubishi, i knew from one of the salesman that they did not have to stick by their offer. just a litlle advice for all so be careful

I paid 35000 and some change out the door on my Elite Packaged SE with mats, moon roof, and splash gaurds. Plus the cargo nets and moon roof deflector thingy. Which was like 32500(before tax and license), and they included the nets and deflector for free. Thats like $2500+ off of MSRP. Not to mention they included additional shipping as the car had to be shipped from Gladstone, Oregon, to Yakima, Washington, about 200 miles. But then, when the car broke down 1200 miles away from home, they could care less. But hey, I got to visit Mossy Nissan,(more then once) because of it. My brother and Sister both live in Carlsbad, CA. Which is like 5 miles west of Mossy Nissan. (It's a beach town) But you probably don't want to hear the full story.

How much did you pay

I paid $32.300 for mine. It is a SE Auto with Journey package and Sunroof and floor mats. It is the first Maxima I have ever owned and so far I just love this car. It was hard to find the Journey package anywhere up here in the Northwest so that was the best cash deal I could make on it. The dealer knew that there was only 2 availible in the Northwest at the time and one was an SL.

I have only raced one guy so far and the Max pulled it out. A guy in a Acura TL S was bugging me for about two lights then we both merged onto the hiway from the last light. I was at least 50ft ahead of him when I backed off at 100mph...man that was fun!

Going to install a Intake, tint the windows, and upgrade the plug wires.

Where in the NW are you at? When did you get your car. Valley Nissan in Yakima has the original Journey Package Maxima that I ordered. I bailed out on it, and had this Elite Packaged Max sent up from Gladstone Oregon. We had agreed on 31,000 dollars on the Journey Package Maxima.

I bought my 02 from Mossy. When they first came out with 3.5 motor. I wanted Navi and every option available. It was stickered at 32k and I ended up getting it at 29k, since we bought 2 2k2 Maxes that day. My bro and myself. I saw a Max on their lot for 37k ! Loaded ! RIP OFF !

I am in Kennewick, but I found the car up at Burien Nissan, horrible buying experience (I 've been treated better at Ford dealerships) but I got the car I wanted
