Looks good !!! Has anyone come across a manufacturer making grills that match the body color (not necessarily with the tooth grill) or is this more likely to be a paint shop deal?

Chrisaust, that is a great looking grill. I tried to find more info. about it on the web site bit was unsuccessful. Did the guy say how he did it? It looks like he just tweeked the existing grill. 98maxse feel free to show us your finished product - good luck.

Well just got back from the auto body to see my painted grill.. Not good. The paint will not hold on the grill. The grill has been sanded twice adhesive oil was used, primer was used but the paint still lifts.. One more try.. Let me tell you though the grill was put on temporarily and it looks great body colored.. Wish me luck.

With the pics, please give us the details of how you achieved success with the paint adhesion issue.

well I think he just didn't sand it correctly the first time.. He sanded the whole grill down and sprayed it very lightly from what he said. I don't know much about autobody work.. He is a good guy and runs a great autobody shop..
