My dealer called me and told me the ETA of my car was October 24th. He also told me it could come a few days late or early. I was wondering if you all received your cars on the ETA or early or late. I am asking this because the wait is killing me and also to find out the delivery reliability of Nissan.

 

After working at a dealer for 8 years and waiting myself for several vehicles I can say the date should be good to within 3 days. Basically, I never have seen one come more than 3 days early or more than 3 days later than the scheduled date. On all but one of mine personally, they were 1 day late including my 04 Max. The truckers are held to a pretty tight schedule. If the cars leave the factory when scheduled, it should be at the intended dealer on schedule.

Same here. Same here. I am getting more and more anxious.

 

I ordered my 3.5SL back on June 5th (Actually End of may but missed the dealer order deadline) and it arrived August 7th I was told to expect 2 1/2 to 3 months and I was shocked to hear it arrive at just little over 2 months.

 

Our car arrive a couple of days early. We ordered it 3/19/03 and it arrived 6/6/03. The dealer called a week or so in advnace of the cars arrival to give us the same time frame you receieved and then it arrived earlier. Hang in there you are almost there - it's worth the wait.

 

I am so p***** off right now. The ETA was October 24th but its like two days late. I know that it being a bit bit*** but I want my damn car right now.

 

What would you guys say is a good price to pay for an Sl Maxima 04 with the Drivers Preferred Package cafe latte and sunroof ?
