Noise from the headliner??

Noise from the headliner??
Has anyone noticed a noise coming from the headliner. I have a sunroof and the noise is located between the sunroof and the top of the driver's and passenger's window openings. If you apply pressure to the headliner the popping/creaking noise stops.
