Paint pen or paint tube?

In another thread I had shared a few pictures of a ding that my Max endured . Anyway, the repair shop said he'd just get a tube of paint from nissan for $5 and get it over with. so, my question is this: do I get the tube or the pen? The pen also has a clear coat, but how is application?

Thanks

Oh, I'd be ordering from here:

I just picked up some touch-up paint from my local Nissan dealership last week. The product I bought is a two application type. There is one bottle for a base coat, and another for the top coat. Cost was $10. Haven't used it yet, but seems that it will work better than a touch-up brush or pen.

I always ask for a free tube of touch-up paint before I sign for my car (and a few extra sets of keys)...

I am sure either one will be ok, so long as you can cover up that ding...

Interesting, I was actually unaware of the two step paint pen.... it may be a better choice for bigger chips.

This stuff doesnt work for our color(Glacier Pearl,Pikes Peak QX1) at all, it makes it look worse I've tried it.

Yep, I ordered on Wednesday night just before midnight and it shipped Thursday.... it'll be here Monday. So far, I've been really pleased with CourtesyParts and Grubb's Infinity.
