Planning on buying, price questions
Hi,
I test drove an 04 se today, several for that matter. I want to know what a good price is. the msrp sticker was like 32 change. had some package, and the $900 new sliding roof. It had everuthing except nav and te extra stuff like mud flaps and trunk nets and stuff...
whats a good deal? what should I be looking for? they guy was throwin out #'s like 29 change. I mean theres no good financing and Im not sure I am trading my old max in. Before I go back there to deal I want to make sure I got the best deal, and I want to make sure I upgrade my warranty to at least 70,000 and would like navigation if i could get it. but...
I was thinking silver on black leather, despite hot summers, it will stay clean.
Think 29,000 is a good deal or can I go lower? 29,000 with added warranty?
THanks

Look up the SE on www.kbb.com and you can get the exact dealers invoice. Then, plan on paying maybe a couple hundred over that.
If you have a trade, get ready to get screwed, but if you are ready
and you don't want the hassle of selling it yourself, then just enjoy the screwing experience by driving that much sooner in your new '04 SE.
If you get a loan through the dealer, they will get you there as well,
with an interest rate a bit higher than if you shop around. I just went
through all of this, but I have a brand new '04 sitting in my garage, and
it is great.
