Well, this is sort of off topic.

Over the last week or so, I've been sitting at my computer, and I've noticed this little rectangal of a dark spot on my monitor. So I'm wondering what the hell it is. It looks like a burn in mark.... it is. So I'm trying to think what the hell caused it. Today, I just realized what it was. It's that damn Nissan Maxima screen saver I have. In the bottom left hand corner of the screen saver their is that white box, it fits right over the burn mark, and it never really moves.

So just be warned if you actually have the screen saver, it may cause damage to your monitor.

 

thats odd. i have had that screensaver for about 6 months now and i haven't had any problems.

 

Me neither. I've been running it for a couple months now.

I've had it for almost a year, and I just started to notice it. Plus I leave my computer on constantly. I just find it sort of interesting a screen saver causing buring.

 

That's weird what the screen saver's doing.
