Tonight when I was about to put my car in reverse, I pressed down on the clutch to take it out of 1st and the clutch didn't come back up. I have a 04 6sp RE Max with apprx. 13500. The clutch stayed engaged and I couldn't put the car in reverse. When I took my foot off the clutch, the strange thing is the car didn't shut off but tried to go foward. I park on a small,very small,barely noticeble incline and I doubt this would be the problem. After fighting with the shift, I finally got the max out of 1st, which is how I usually keep it when it's parked. I never abuse the car or the clutch for that matter and I'm just curious if this has happened to anyone else. I did take the max out and ran it through the gears and it seemed fine but I just don't know. I am taking it to the dealership 1st thing in the morning. Holla back at me, I'm hurting and I need a hug
