Does anyone know where I can buy the OEM chrome wheels? Somewhere cheaper than the dealership. I had seen a place online that will chrome plate the existing ones. Does anyone have an opinion on this idea? Advantages or disadvantages?

 

I'm getting a set of the OEM chrome rims, The only problem is the company that is doing them want me to send in my original rims.. 650 shipping included

 

What is the name of the company? That sounds like the one I am looking at using. You pay $600.00 plus shipping both ways plus $650.00 deposit. They send you the chrome wheels and you send yours back in the same boxes and when they get your wheels, they credit you back the $650.00 deposit. The are in California.

 

I'll be afraid if it would start peeling after a couple of years....do they give you warranty against defects from peeling
