Thanks - I used the color names as listed in the "Build your Nissan" tool on NissanUsa.com

I don't see too many of the Blue's. When I was buying mine, a month ago, they seemed pretty rare. I do a lot of driving and I have yet to see another Blue on the road. Do they limit the number of certain colors? The most common I've seen are the lighter colors, ie. silver, bronze, and a few blacks here and there.

The first 04 Maxima that caught my eye was a Blue - and that's exactly what I got! I also liked the Sliver and Bronze and would have been (almost as) happy with either if the blue was not readily available.

Believe it or not I see mostly silver then Blue. On a trip to Long Island I saw 2 blue ones on the LIE and a Silver one on the Cross Island getting a ticket

Onyx is #1!!!! I haven't seen another one in person yet, which is good for me. Have only see 5 others in 3 colors: silver, navy, and Spirited Bronze on the road.

Wow. I guess it depends on where you live, because 4 out of 5 new Maximas I see are black (and 1 is most commonly white). Occasionally I spot a silver one too. But I love the black on black one, though it's out of stock here. My friend had to wait for 8 weeks for one, so she just got the Onyx with Frost leather instead.

And you are one of the lucky ones because Radiant Amber is no longer available, so you'll be one of a kind on the street

You just can't go wrong w/ the combination of dark exterior w/ light interior contrast. It's just so classy! Here in AZ, people literally run from black interiors...too damn hot! Especially having hot leather sticking to your skin while you're sweating--YUCK! Anyway, I know I'm biased, but a tan/frost interior always catches my eye! Guess that's why I bought it that way! lol

Uhhhmm... Metallic smoke is a color addition to the family. Liquid silver was there from the start and is still available. So your "correction" is inaccurate...

Haha, don't get me wrong -- mine comes with tan leather too and I'm starting to appreciate it now in this heat. My friend wanted it black because "light leather gets dirty very fast", but honestly the combo of black ex/interior and dark tints reminds me of a funeral procession sometimes. So I see where you come from

That makes me feel even happier. When I happened to go to a dealer, mine arrived 2 days before with the exact features I want. They pulled the wrapper off for me to test drive. When I picked it up the next day, my salesman said how a couple was all excited, seeing MINE waiting, since the looked everywhere. He told them to keep looking because it was sold.
Actually I remember seeing a black one in Baltimore 2 days later. Yesterday I saw an SL locally. Of course all of the older gens around my way are black.
But I have red calipers and looks cleaner than the rest.

I have to say I like my Onyx with burnt orange leather interior. I really haven't seen it on any other Gen 6's.

Cooler too!!!

All Fixed..

Actually within a 1/4 mile there is another owner who ownes Radiant Ember. I am not happy.!! I wanted it be the only one in my area.. LOL
I am glad they made a limited edition on this color. The most I see in my area is Silver.

also on a lighter note. When I have the oil changed, a couple of workers argued who was going to bring in the car. Another compliment that they love it.

Oh my... wait until you have to valet park it somewhere! They'll be fighting over it

(Now fix the Ember and change it to Amber. It was perfect the way it was, "radiant" is the only thing that needed correction)

Sorry if I'm so ****! Hehe *running away*

Oops, just looked at my '04 brochure. Sorry! I swear I'm not blonde, just never knew the word Ember existed. But the color is exquisite, I've only seen the 350Z in a similar color. I think they call it Lemans Sunset or something.

My Blue Ride has been considered Black on cloudy days and in the evenings.
No Problem, majestic blue was my first choice.

Coral sand... is that the same as Champagne? that's the color I originally wanted, but obviously there aren't too many around to be had I guess.... And the four people who said they have "other/custom" color, what do you mean and show us a picture!

I am the original poster of this thread. I realized afterwards I did not include Radiant Ember - I only listed those currently offered on the Nissan USA site.
