whats wrong with my maxima? or is it me?

HI. Im new here. heres my story. Im 18 and Ibought a 2004 se maxima last october. I got my car with 150 miles on it because it was transferred. around january I opened my hood to see how it was going. i didnt touch anything. and after that my left fog light doesnt turn on. by january i have probably 4k miles. BUt i never got it fixed. my dealer, if anyone lives in rhode island its called NORWOOD. I all them for service it takes like 1 month for them to reply. SO i didnt get it fixed. as for now july/04 till this date i have ALREADY 23000 miles on it i go to new york from rhode island frequently. during those months Im pretty sure I didnt abuse the car in anyway. here are the defects or things that went bad.
1. left side of car audio doesnt work that much low noise when i play cd audio. I brake hard or hit a bump i get sound back on my left side speakers.
2.my right front wheel above it the covering? (the rubber covering above the wheel) sorry If i sound dumb it ripped and i have half of it.. it just ripped one day when i was driving. and noticed cuz of the air sound.
3. and of course the fog light is dead.
I dont abuse my car who would to a maxima 2004!. i just drove alot.now i have these problems what can or should i do?
4. when i use the memory my left rear view mirror doesnt adjust only the right does.
5. in the trunk the cargo net one of the hooks ripped off?
PS sorry for the long post. i also bought a warranty do you think it will be covered?

to answer your question: most of the blame lies with you.

didn't you go to a dealer for your first oil change? at that
time, you should have scheduled your foglight fix.

all should be covered under the warranty except for the wheel well moulding and net hook...the rest of your problems are minor if the dealer can get the parts.

if you don't like your dealer, find another one...

i am one of the last in line to defend nissan, but your problems could be fixed with little or no effort.

hrmm. well first of all i did get my first oil change there. it took well over 2 hours. Im not sure why... thats why i stopped going there. the dealership has about 4 building nissan, toyota, kia, chevrolet. Around january I had to get my windshield replaced. I had bought a warranty from some company through the dealer. A rock hit my window and i got it replaced for free but I had to call the dealership 5 times throughout and goto the dealer ship more than 5 times they said they didnt know what the warranty i bought was took them 1 month to finally found out what is was. Not only that I somewhat think they dont take me seriously because I am 18. More than that there arent many asians living there. Where i live EXETER my family is the only asian family. Some people give me the wierd stare. anyways I call the dealership many time and they say they will call me back thenthey never do so i have to goto the dealership maybe a week later and they say theyll call me back again.... strange. And i think i read a post about going to another dealership but they wont give you alot of help only the nessacary rather than the dealership you bought your car. If i get this little help from the dealer ship i bought my car how much will i get from another dealer...

NORWOOD S###S, I bought my car there. I never thought about their service because I bought my last max, '97 there and never had a problem. NORWOOD is terrible, there customer service is terrible, they always look at me like i have 5 heads and never take me seriously, never call me back never anything. Actually they called once to say their cashier under charged my 5 dollars when i got my oil change and tires rotated. five dolalrs, thats how cheap they are, their mistake and they hunt me down, they shoudl give my new wheels because the idiot mechanic stracted my lug holes, over torqued the wheels, and put to much air in the tires. retard... anyways norwood sucks and they take forever to do anything. they said they fixed my struts, and the problem still persist. i refuse to go to them anymore. I was at Knights Nissan in warwick today, they are small and supposedly nicer. they ordered a part for my interior but it was the wrong one, we will see how the new order goes. I work in newport and Barry seems ok, but I never had service done so I cant say. But I do know that Norwood is terrible, I end up telling them more, I think they are clueless because They have all diff mechanics not nissan techs. screw them.

hey chris seems like we live int he same area lol. Yes norwood is terrible i only bought from them because they got the car faster. even though knights told me that their powertrain warranty is a scam u have to get everything serviced at norwood to keep it. so my dad bought the aftermarket one i believe do you think knights would look at me with disgust like norwood if i brought my car there instead of norwood? ANother incident at norwood was I got my first oil change there but before i scheduled one for 3pm and i didnt go so i canceled the person who got the call didnt cancel supposedly. i got my oil change the next day. after 3 months they call me saying i didnt pay for that oil change. and the person who got my call died in a car accident. so i had to bring my recipt for the oil change (luckily i keep my reciepts) and they looked at me weirdly. and they said "oh ok. just making sure".

what a holes, they are retards man seriously, im really irks me. well knights seems nicer but i havent done any service yet so who knows, they just messed up ordereing a part. anyways, they asked if i bought the car there and when i said no i could tell they def pushed my service date back. i guess they will try to help u more if u buy there, but norwood sucks to their own customers, so could you imagine what they must say to outsiders. My point is anywhere has to be better than Norwood, besides they get paid either way.

i called knights and they said there available july 13th =/ they said many people from norwood called them...
can anyone also help me with this problem the glove box unalignment. How can I fix that? thats not under any warranty is it?
also if i may ask you chris or anyother rhode islander I heard the window tinting is illegal? or if its not what would the % be?

they are going on vacation, thats what the lady told me today. whats the issue that people from norwood call them on?

I had my sister call knights and she said they said that many people who bought maximas/nissans from other dealers have been calling knights alot for service

some other problems i have with the car is the right back door makes a really annoying squeaking noise when i open and close it, it seems like there is no lubrication on the joints?
so to sum up all the probelms i have, heres the list
left foglight- out
left rearview mirror - wont adjust through memory
left side audio - static/no output when cds are played
right front tire rubber above tire ripped off
right back door squeaks.
common missalignment of glove box
trunk cargo net hook fell off
not sure if this is defualt back seatbelts seem like X, crisscross to lock seatbelts. if seatbelts lockers look like
left seatbelt V middle seatbelt v is the seatbelt lockers the left belt connects to the right tip of the v and the middle connects to the right tip of v SOUNDS CONFUSING SORRY. its probably nothing....

Are these common problems in most maxima 2004's? and another question sorry what are struts and how do u know if they are broken
