I just got a J.D. Power survey in the mail along with a $1 bill. I don't know what I am going to do with the $1.

The survey is very detailed asking a lot of questions about defects and likes and dislikes. Has anyone else got such a survey? Does anyone know when I will be able to see the results of this survey?

I am not sure what type of survey because I already sent it out. I do think that it was an initial quality one.

I got one last week and it didn't contain any money. Mine was about my experience with the dealership. It stated Nissan was very interested in their dealerships performance.

I guess they will close the dealership I bought my Max from after reading my survey.

I got a lengthy one about the original purchase which I forgot to respond to, then subsequently got an abbreviated one. No $ included however.

I just sent mine back, but it was only about my purchasing experience with the dealership. I didnt get any cash either.
