Crystal clear info screen

Well to make a long story short, the last time I was in for service I was asking what Nissan recommended using on the P.O.S info screen. My machanic told me to use tack cloth or cheese cloth as he called it. I found some of the at a local parts store for a dollar something. I gave it a try, it worked somewhat. Then a few days later it dried out to being worse than it ever been. So the other day I was waxing my Max and using my 3M adhesieve remover to get a few little tar spots off when I got ballsy. I sprayed a little on a towel and gently wired the screen. At first it fogged up a little but wiping it one more time and HOLY Sh**!!! Ive never seen it look so good!! Usually it acts like a dust magnet; hair; ashes ect. Not any more. Im telling you guys I wished Id have tried it a year ago insted of living with it the way it was... Try it, you wont be disappointed

Mike

Glad that worked for you !

I've used Plexus with good success. I "used" to have a noticable scratch running horizontally about 1/2 way down my screen. After using Plexus i can't see it anymore. I don't think Plexus removes scratches, but fills them in. But you know the old saying: "Out of sight, out of mind"

Here's their website:

Where can you get it? Do you have to order it from their web site?

I bought it where i had my tint installed. So its out there in "brick and mortar" retail. You might want to check you local tint shop. i paid about $10 for a can.

You know, quite honestly, good ole fashioned Armorall wipes does just fine for me... No scratches or any drama like that... I even use it to wipe down the interior every few weeks or so... And to take care of the dust particles that build up every other day on the display screen, I keep a soft-bristled detailer's brush in my glove compartment to lightly brush away the dust... No problems thus far!
