problems with '04 maxima se 5sp

these are the problems i'm having with my max

steering wheel shimmy
brake shimmy
transmission shift shock cold
hood misaligned
glove compartment misaligned
navi screen dusty and foggy ( second time)
clicking or creaking sound coming from driver side front wheelwell
clicking sound when shifting from park to reverse or to drive
power steering stiff when turning
broken center dash kit (dumbass nissan techs broke it when they replaced my navi screen and tried to blame it on me)

i took my car in to nissan of garden grove dealer this morning and picked it up after 6 pm. the only thing they temporarily fixed was the brake shimmy ( turned the rotors for the second time). either they had to order parts or couldn't duplicate rest of the gripe. they were saying the clicking or creaking sound i've been hearing is from the aftermarket intake. i don't see how the clicking sound's coming from the intake because it's tightly secured. nissan service consultant told me they don't have tsb's on the steering wheel shimmy, brake shimmy, and the transimission shift shock when cold. i was wondering how you guys got the dealers to perform those tsb's. thanks in advance

btw, does anybody have the same problems that i'm having? need some inputs. thanks

Print out the TSBs and bring them with you to the dealer:

Can you try Connell Nissan in Costa Mesa off Harbor blvd ? They never give me craps. They don't give loaner for warranty service but providing courtesy shuttle.
I hated the sales guys @ Graden Grove dealer. No experience with their service department. But judging the way they treated customer in the showroom, I don't have faith in any of their services. They located in an area with a lots of minorities. I guess they used to hassle customers.

Thanks much, SilverBelle!!! That was good reading! (though it seems a lot of time/care for the dealer to dedicate to one car in a day to fix--I'm bracing myself for a "quick-fix" attitude from my dealer already)... I'm currently experiencing slight shimmy @ around 40 - 50 mph and it's slowly starting to get nerve-racking! Everything else about the car is beautiful... I plan on printing the TSB out for my dealer and hopefully they don't give me the run-around...

Thanks again!
