Will DVD/NAVI system play DVD movies???

I bought my maxima with Navigation used. Unfortunetely the seperate manual for Navi was lost by the old owner. Does anyone know if this system will play movies factory? If so what is the procedure?

that would be a no. Sorry. I considered it for that reason. You would need playing software, which it doesn't support, and a screen capable of displaying video.

I have my navi and screen retrofit with an adapter from www.nav-tv.com they hook it up to you screen and it makes the signal from the nav video get interupted so you can watch movies from an additional source like a dvd palyer.
