Continnental Tires - vibration

Continnental Tires - vibration
I am new to the forum and new to Nissan Maxima. Mine is an 04 SL with all the toys. Great car but I extremely dissapointed in slight vibration at steering wheel at 65-70 mph. At dealer 5 times, swapped entire set of Continental Contitouring tires off of 05. Perform road force balance which greatly improved. I recognize that this car is sensitive to road feel with its tight steering, but I have more vibration on the steering wheel than my 03 3/4 ton Dodge Ram. I jacked car up last night and spun front wheels (to 60 mph). One front tire has about 1/32 to 1/16 up/down runout. Two rear tires also have runout, but a little less. Is this enough to cause problem. I may be over-sensitive and would only be able to show dealer problem if they rode with me for my 2 hour trek weekly to Detroit airport. Very slight vibration always felt at 70 but can actually hear tire noise on certain smooth sections of highway. Is there any recourse. Wish I could get some money back from them, give them Continentals, and buy some Michelins. Is there a rack/pinion adjustment of any sort that dealer can do to minimize vibration transfer through steering. Sorry for long post, just irritated at the moment. Thanks.
