Has anyone experienced a lack of firm steering with there max?

Mine is pretty firm, not like my BMW 3 series firm, but for a big car, besides the turning radius......seems fine. Do you have a SE or SL model?

what do you mean? is your steering wheel loose? mine seem to tighten when crusing at higher speeds.
