loud thump when i pull off in drive and reverse

hey i got a predicament. before when i use to pull of there was a loud thump. took it to the dealer to get it checked out, they said it was the front right strut...common problem in the 04. just got it fixed a couple of weeks ago with the 05 front struts. it went away after that. now its back again. everytime i pull off i hear it. i dont know what it is, but i can feel it in the gas pedal. i really dont know what it is. is anyone else having this problem? is it because of the electronic throttle???

Is it a knocking sound you feel in the floor as well or just in the pedal? The pedal is electronicly controlled so the only place it attaches to is the floor at the hinge. I too am having problems with the "NEW" 05 struts. Please PM me. I'd like to get in touch.

I though I felt something buy my foot this morning. It can't be a strut in my car since it only has 350 miles on it. what can it be. I only feel it when I warm it up and pull away for the first time in the morning............(I feel it in revers)

Just because the car has 350 miles on it doesn't mean a thing!!!! I have had the last three sets of struts fail withing 250 miles of installation! There is something really wrong with some of our cars and the struts. I have my suspicions as to what might be the root of the problem but can't be too sure. I would recomend taking the car to the dealer and see what actions they perform to correct the problem. If it turns out you need new struts let me know.
