Big Question!!

Big Question!!

How in gods name could you chnage the head piece in this car and what do you have too do i want a dvd/cd head piece soo bad stock unit is not loud enough for my speakers!!!

There's a how-to on how to remove the dash kit posted here. You can drop the stock dash kit and replace it with a metra, then put whatever you want in there.

The model number for the Metra dash kit is, 99-7404 here's a link, but any installer should be able to order one for you...

I had all my work professionally installed, they remove the stock CD changer and tape deck and replace the whole entire piece of the dash (see link) The only downfall is that the stock radio controls remain and are rendered useless. Hasn't bothered me any, plus the stock Bose speakers sound soooo much better with being able to adjust the sound more. I was going to change the stock speakers but ended up leaving them in. All the info on the screen works fine (not sure if you have Navi or not, I don't)
