maguires car shampoo, zymol wax, chamois cloth for clean buffing. after first layer of wax, i mist water on my car and dry it off then apply another layer of wax. in my opinion zymol is the best wax out there

I use a Porter Cable DA polisher to prep the paint and apply Meguiar's #83 DACP (which is a cleaner polish).

After that i usually apply a minimum of 3 coats of Zaino Z2 using ZFX accelarator. In between coats of Z2 i shine it up using Zaino Z6. This makes it very very shiny and glossy. This is also very durable.

After about 1 week (once the Zaino fully cures), i wash Silverbelle with P21S car shampoo (this stuff is very gentle on wax/paint) and apply a coat of Pinnacle Paste Glaz (which is a carnuba wax). This adds wetness and depth to the paint.

This combination on silver is blinding in the sun.

For the interior is use 303 protectant on rubber trim and plastic trim pieces.
For cleaning glass is Use Invisible Glass.
For speedo glass/plastic, info centre cover i use Plexus.
For cleaning headlights and tailights is use Meguiar's PlastX Cleaner Polish
For tire shine i use Simoniz Midnight Black tire gel
I also spray the inside of my wheel wells (the plastic pieces) with Meguiars High Gloss Hot Shine Tire Spray. This keeps them nice, clean and dark looking.
For leather i use Zaino Z10 Leather in a bottle. It smells like a real cow.
I use Mother's Billet Metal Polish on my TRENZ grill.

Of course i usually only his during the summer. Its way to cold and snowy to keep a car clean suring the winter around here. I MISS SUMMER !

Here's a pic of my detailing supplies:

There's other things that i use but those are my staple items.

Eagle One is the best for cleaners such as wheel and interior and I use Mothers and Meguiars for wax and polish.

SilverBelle04 - Where can you pick up Zanio locally? I know most Meguiars products can be bought at Wallmart, Autozone, etc... Is this the same with Zanio?

You can buy Zaino on-line here:

http://www.zainostore.com/

Or you can send them an email and ask for the info for a local supplier to your area.

Good luck with it,

Bob

I use the detailing forum: http://forums.maxima.org/forumdispla...sprune=30&f=69

there I found out about Zaino and use their leather and tire products. I applied 5starshine once and it is still working great. When warm I would wipe her down in the rain and she sparkled like just waxed. Use Meguires Quik Detailer when dirty. She was caked in mud once so I used a pH nuetral soap from 5star.

She still beads water pretty well. When I Quik detail or rinse and wipe her, she shines and beads perfectly. It's too cold now, so she'll be a little dirty. If we ever get snow, I'll rinse the salt off at a touchless car wash.
