Navi Screen Stopped Working...Anyone

i have had my car for two months now, and suddenly yestarday my navi screen was dead, it didn't come back on. the stereo still worked, i am not sure if the weather caused it. it was cold thought, but my car was heated up pretty good. has this ever happened to anyone before? its like there is no power to the screen.

Take it back to the dealership. I've had mine for 14 months now without 1 NAV problem.

I don't think I've seen that particular one... could be that the cable got loose somehow in the back.

Of course, your first option is to head to the dealership and have them fix it... no reason why you can't do that unless they're a long drive.

If you're feeling adventurous and you can follow instructions, the "How To" on taking apart your dash to get to the info screen in the stickies should help you out. You should be able to pull everything out and see if the cable just came out... I was hesitant the first time but now I can take mine apart with my eyes closed in 30 seconds, so it's really not a big deal.

Of course, if you screw up and brake something, it's your own fault...

here is what happenend, LCD needs to be replaced, dealer has no idea what happened to it. good thing its still under warranty, or it would have cost about 4000 to do it myself.
