How Old Are Fellow 6th Gen Maxers?
Hello Maxima Fanatics.
Looks like there is a quite diverse set of 6th generation maxima fans out there.
Despite the demographic target Nissan used to develope the 2004 and 2005 Maxima.....How old are you?
This should be interesting!

Interesting results so far. Maybe the ranges in the poll should have been in smaller increments because it looks like it is all one gtoup so far.

I'm 45 - purchased a 2005 SL just before Christmas. As for the age survey, it could be that the survey results reflect not so much the actual age demographic of Maxima owners, but rather the age demographic of Maxima owners who are more enthusiatic about their car than the typical Maxima owner AND who have a certain comfort level with computers.
Given the price of the Maxima, I would be interested to find out how some of the younger respondees are paying for their Maximas. Great job? Family assistance? Big loan? Inheritance?

well i have a ****ty job. but i work 40+ hrs every week and still go to school full time at night. im 21. i pay the $488.29 and the $250.00 for car payment and ins every month by myself. you know when i went to buy this car 4 older salesmen walked right by me but the younger one is the one who stoped and asked if i needed any help. i told him about the other guys just walking away, and he said "thats because they see a young kid and think they cant afford them but in all actuallity its the younger kids that are buying these cars"

Im kinda like JC, cept 18 years older. I bought a Sentra Spec V, but it was too small for my needs even though I lvoed the handling and the awesome Brembos. I put on a body kit and Nismo intake. I miss that car but, I love my 05 Onyx Max with leather and 6 speed.

"Young enough to be crazy, Old enough to be a Genius"
(I forget which movie that's from)
'04 Onyx with a bunch of goodies. I bought it to celebrate graduating from college and starting a new job.
I work full time as an engineer to pay for my stuff.

Along with lightonthehill, I'm helping to skew (just a little) the curve. I am 65. My Max is Silver and so is my hair (yes I still have most of it.) which is why I picked my name.

Still 26. I am a school teacher, have a house, 2 dogs and a 2000 GLE and a 2005 SE. You would see the pics if the morderator wouldn't of taken them off... I work at school and I have alot of responsibilities there which allow me to get more $in my pocket. I am also in grad school to be a school administrator. I should get about a $15-20K raise when I graduate next May. I am also bilingual, so that helps mucho.
