Maintenance+Plus

Here a warning follow max owner !!!

I have a tire that was damaged by a road hazard and I have a "Maintenance+Plus agreement that cover this issue..now..for..the..but......

The sad part is no one has a tire to replace it (At least within 10 days). I called four dealer's and each one told me the same thing, "We don't do tires". So I called nissan customer service, and was told to take the car to the dealership. The run-around starts now !!!!!

Just another example of how bad nissan treats it customer's. Such a great product, it's a petty it gets such weak support from nissan USA.

That stinks.

Just out of curiosity, we might assume you have a 6th gen Maxima because you are posting here, but nothing in your profile mentions that. It would also be interesting to know whether your Maxima is an SE or an SL, as these use different diameter, different width and different profile tires.

Surely someone on this board has some idea how to help nottsman

Ten days for an OEM tire is totally unacceptable. Period.

Are there no shops in the Seattle area handling Contis? 225/55-17 is not a rare size. If they don't have exactly the Conti that comes on the SL, there is a better Conti tire (available in the same size; 'Conti premium' or something like that). Several here have made the switch to the better Conti.

Someone here not yet past senility please refresh my feeble mind as to the name of the better Conti.
