I finally decided.
Replaced my wrecked White 96 SE (fully loaded) with a brand spanking new 2005 SL in Smoke with Charcoal interios and DPP (with TCS and no sunroof)
Just had to share the joy. Its not G35 but at $5K cheaper and so much bigigger I'll be better off.
