Nissanburger

I am getting the E&G grill and was wondering if anyone had a front "Nissanburger" they wanted to sell. I wanted to remove the old grill and keep it intact with the logo still on it (I am paranoid to remove it without damage).

I know many dont like and took it off. If anyone has theirs in NEW condition and would like to sell it, please let me know.

thanks,

-MO-

PS- who else went with the E&G?

have you tried the dealer? With such a simple part, it shouldnt cost TOO much even though dealer prices are high.

This is the route I intend to take when I get a new grill soon. I'm going to try and get an emblem through the parts dept, and if they cant get one or its too expensive, then I'll go through the hassle of removing the one off the stock grill.

I think that they're about $22 at the dealer.

I have my eye on an E&G grill also. This one, incase they do make different styles.

I was the "tester" of the E&G grille and the install went well. Also, it only took me less then 10 minutes to take of the Nissan Logo. It's only held by, what it looks like, good 3M double sided, weather proof tape. If you heat it up with a hair dryer and pry gently, it comes off with no problem. Now I will be buying a new Nissan logo for the StradaUSA Grille that I will be "demo-ing" this coming week, cause if I don't like it, I can put back on my E&G grille. By the way...the dealership is asking about 33 bucks for it....

Im by no means mechanically inclined...I just went around the emblem with a thin butterknife to release the stickytape slowly...it pulled right off no problems at all.

Yep...it's very easy...and you just buy the good 3M weatherproof double-sided tape, cut the tape and apply it appropriately and put it on the grille of your choice...a total MAX 15 minute job...
