Final: Post if you replaced strut(s)
OK,
This whole strut issue needs to be organized IMHO. So, here is what I am planning on doing-Don't be shy and post the following info
Build date- on the door pillar stating the month and year built
SE or SL
I think that should help us find the lot of bad struts
Here is mine:

I just want people to post the build date of their car if they have bad struts...don't post vin...if you want you can post how many times you have had the struts replaced since the original ones, but that won't really help us track the original batch of bad struts.

please refer to the sticky: http://forums.maxima.org/showpost.ph...54&postcount=4 if having the strut issue.
to gather data, if you have had a strut problem fixed by Nissan please post your info and if you had to return.

pass side at 10k miles. replaced both with redesigned struts.
as stated, please include your build date, transmission, and if you have leather. this will determine which oem strut you had replaced.
