iwas wondering would this work for the 6th gen maxi.just to double check..does it control the ipod song tracks skip and back..anyone done it and what does it excallty control..

this will not control your ipod...however i think pac makes something for the ipod to control it...

it's called the aux-pod and it won't fit the max...yet....

 

you have to get this one "PAC AAI-NIS" and get the rca output for the ipod.. the pac hooks up to the sat radio side behind the radio, so you will have to press sat radio button to get the sound for the ipod....

 

yes i do have that hooked up already..but when im changing the songs i have to use the IPOD wheel..i wanna change ttracks like chaing tracks for cd..with the streeling wheels..is that possible?

 

the swi-x doesn't control ipod's, it works with radios that have the infrared remotes. what made you think it controls a ipod..


EDIT: look into this one AUX_POD... call a place were they sell it and see if it works with nissan cars... AUX_POD is also made by pac...
