My 6th Gen at the Grand Canyon!! Trip comments
Well my Onyx 6th Generation and myself pulled into one of America's greatest sights on Tuesday. What a couple of days. Check out these pics!
She is so dirty!! Look at those dead bugs on the grill!
It's going to take me a whole day to clean her up when I get back!
Mt. Rushmore tomorrow, may try to drive up the mountain and get a pic with President Roosevelt and my Max!
I must say my Maxima has performed flawlessly on this journey around this great country. A side note about the fuel tank, when I went to Devil's Tower this morning I forgot there is no place to get gas. I drove quite a long way with the fuel light on and was very concerned on the trip back to Interstate 90 where the nearest gas was, the road is very desolate and no cell service, if I ran dry I would have been in trouble. Thankfully I made it and I expected to have at most a gallon left in my tank when I filled up. I still had almost 3 gallons left! I love this car, and I am glad I bought it. These RSAs haven't let me down either. I have encountered ice, snow and driving rain and every time my Max hugged the road!

Silvermax04,
I had some day in the Badlands! DUST STORM! It was nuts! I had to sit in the Max for awhile with my lights on and pray nobody was driving by because they would have never seen me. Thankfully I only saw two vehicles all day. I didn't see Bison this trip but a herd of Antelope came by and I got some great pics. I will be home tomorrow and instead of uploading the pics now on this crap dial up I will do a complete trip thread with pics of Grand Canyon, Devil's Tower, Rushmore and the Badlands.
The seats are fine. Drove for a very long time today and was very comfortable. Like I said before the RSAs have done great in ice, snow and heavy rain. Can't ***** about them! The VQ engine is awesome. Great passing power on these interstates with all these tractor trailers!
Should have the thread up by Monday!
