HeadUnit Question

Im planning on gettin a touch screen head unit most likely the pioneer avh-7500dvd i wanted to know is it possible to have the remote steering buttons still work even if its a touch screen and what would i need to buy for that to happen also were can i buy a dash kit cheap from ?

google the pac swi-x for the wheel controls.... it will control the unit, but simple controls prob like volume and track skip that i know of... I don't have it so I can't go into detail..(you would have to program it through the remote control it brings, thats how you prog the swi-x. by infared through the control)

Im new to this fourm plus I just started.

Anyone can recomend where in NY I can have the dash kit installed
and if they have it on stock or do I order it.
do I need a new harness?
