I liked the wrap style until I saw one in person. This will look better once I shine my upper and take some better pics...

I think JJT needs one

I want to put one (same one Carcus has) on my car but I'm not sure it will go with the Trendz billet grill I have.

Looks like lips to me. Not feeling it. If you are going billet, you have to go all the way. Again, just my opinion.

Actually it kinda looks like a billet Knight Rider insert, now that I look at it. Makes me want it even more.

It is a good alternative. I can't be sure from the pics, but does it come out any further than the vertical bars in the lower grille?

No it all sits flush. It was more of a pain than the upper grill to install though. I like it, I'll take some better pics tomorrow and post. Im tired of looking at that "black hole" thats behind it. Heres the link:

I was thinking that same thing before, but I believe the Stillen kit's front gap is a little longer than that. Will check later today and let you guys know. I am looking at the mesh inserts for the bumper grille.

Yep guys, I just checked. The stillen body kit desn't cover about 2 more inches of the front opening to each side. It's a diagonal cut so that the kit fits better with the front grille's cut. It just adds to the shape, but putting in this small piece would just look plain rare. But I like how it lloks on white, KCMAXX!

Alright, just wasn't sure. Not to mention i had just woke up so i couldn't think properly. When i think rare i think unique. But yeah i can see how it would be out of place.

For those of you with the wider style lower grill. How does it mount? I'm wondering about putting one on for the summer and removing it for the winter. Will the bumper underneath it look like crap when I remove it?

All it does is screw on using two clips that hook to the back of the existing lower grillework. I haven't taken mine off since installing it but I don't see where it would cause any damage.

I broke down and ordered the eBay lower grill. I hadn't bought anything for my car for weeks and I couldn't stand it any longer.

That is where I got mine, cheap price....not as good as the upper, but besides being a PITA to mount.....very happy with it. Make sure you have a long flathead and a nice day to install it. That, and do not drink beer when putting it on in high humidity with people bugging you....will make your day alot better.....

I'm afraid that the beer drinking during install is madatory as I am Canadian. To do otherwise would be unpatriotic. I will however take your advice and avoid people and high humidity.

How is it for catching bugs? Will I be washing it every two days in the summer?

Well....I am Irish...so got you on the beer.....no problems with bugs. Wonder if I can open a Guiness with it though....

It may take a little trial and error to get the grill oriented just right. If you put it on and notice that it's crooked or something, be sure to loosen your screws enough so that you can adjust the grill without scratching the car with the sharp edges on the grill.

Boone feels my pain and knows what I am talking about. Those dang clips spun on me so much. Had to push them to get the grill on. Was worth it though. Once I got the top....had to get the bottom, was not sure if I would like it so ordered the cheap 20 something dollar one off Ebay, quality was not as good, but for the lower grill, you can not tell. Was not going to pay 150 or so for a lower grill. To me, was a bargin. Glad I went with the B-Cool upper one though.
