I just ordered a H&K Airfiler the oiled type from a dealer over the in Texas , any thoughts on these filters ?

I didn't want to go the cold air route as yet as it might freak my warrantee people out...

Anybody wanna put a picture up of the engine bay looks like mine pretty much and the airbox looks exactly the same too..

I also saw them selling Nismo modified camshafts for the 3.5 Altima but I am asssuming that these are already in the Maxima as they have a slightly higher state of tune to tehe 3.5 in the ALt.

Nismo seems to have a fair bit out for the Alt but zip for the Maxima why is that ?

did u mean K&N filter? i have one to drop in when oem one needs replaced.

yeah their's a recent thread about non Nismo love for Maxima. my engine bay is never cleaned, so pics are no time soon. I'm stock with the air box on the right

check the sticky on top for a bunch of pics.

 

Fair warning...The K&N might trip your check engine light and throw the idle way off...

 

I've had no problems with mine. Did notice my highway gas milage went from 27 to 30 with it. Don't know if it was the K&N filter or just not using the stock filter.
