I can get a 6th Gen strut bar for really cheap, but I drive a 5th gen 2k.
Do any of you think it will fit a 5th gen max?

who made the bar? only one so far is stillen and it's not a perfect fit. no it will not fit you. otherwise every 6th gen would get a 5th gen one. how cheap is it? I would think 5th gen bars would be cheaper.

I really doubt it will fit. They are very different cars.

they do not fit..i try them already..taken out from my friends modded 02 maxi..and was complety diferent style as the 6th gen

What fittment issues have been experienced? I have one on back order and am awaiting delivery.

some are having rubbing on the hood, others on the manifold. It's weird, eith above, below, or just right. Of course Stillen has no knowledge of this Yet it's not even listed in the catalog under 04 Maxima, only Altima. If I have problems, i'll grind it down come where it needs it.
