Rotors turned at 11K???

If you are for real then get a lawyer...otherwise this type of "complaining" will get you booted.

I've got 51k on my MAx and I just had the rotors turned and the brake pads replaced front and rear for the first time. I didn't see the old pads, but I wasn't grinding metal yet so there must have been something left. I live in the burbs so I am driving a lot of hwy.

same problem

I have 7800 miles on my car and already had the rotors turned twice, new brake pads and also new struts on the front. i also have a rubbing sound when i start to go after it has been parked. i told the dealership twice about it and it is still doing it. not even sure if they looked into that problem but it might not even be a problem but I would like to know what it is incase it is something bad ya know. oh well.
