Back Seat Removal?

Not sure about the fold-down, but there are clips between the seat and the "floor" part where the seats meet... you pull on each side and I'm pretty sure the whole bench comes out.
Open the door, kneel down and run your hand along the seam between the seat itself and the carpet and you'll find them.

If I remember correctly, after you remove the bottom you will see where the seatbelts bolt to the bottom. You can undo them from there and take them out of the guides that are on the fold down part of the seat. Fold the seats down and you will see the hooks where the seats lock onto when they are folded up. There is a trim piece that just snaps off. There are a couple of bolts there and a couple to the far left and far right. Take all those off. There is also three bolts at the bottom, left middle and right. You should then be able to remove the back part. of the seat.

REMOVAL
1. Pull the lock at the front bottom of the seat cushion forward (1
for each side), and pull the seat cushion upward to release the
wire from the plastic hook, then pull the seat cushion forward to
remove.
2. Remove the RH and LH screws on the seatback.
3. Slide the seatback upward to pull off the wire from the wire from
the vehicle-side hook, and remove the seatback.
4. After removing, remove the hog ring to separate the trim and
pad.
INSTALLATION
Install in the reverse order of removal.
