KLOOGY: I was looking at ASANTI. the rims that i would've gotten cost 4500, 22 inch 3 piece rim.. but that would've broke into my coilover money and I want to drop it...

it's not really my taste, because i don't really like chrome OR any wheels over 19" , but it sounds like you really like them, and that's all that matters! good luck on dropping it, and i hope everything works out as planned!

Hmmm dont really know what to say. When I first got my 20's put on...I said to myself it looked a little small so I thought "maybe I should have went with 22's". Now Im glad I didnt. Theyre a little too big for my taste, but I gotta give you a for the choice of rim. Maybe once its dropped itll look a lot better. Hey at least you got it looking like your previous sig picture!

Congrats on the new wheels. I could never do something like that down here in PA with our roads. 20's will have to do. Those things look too big for my taste. Enjoy your rims man! BTW what do tires run in that size? $350 or more a pop?

Hey man, those rims look HUGE!!! I have to give you props on doing the 22's. I would have gone with the double duce too but, the roads are messed up around here....plus I'm in the city at least once a week. Good Luck with them and let me know how your ride is when you get the coils in.

Looks good the way it turned out and I think 22's look great on the 6th gens. I really liked the Carltons becuase they looked classy but I figured once that picture came out a few months ago, everyone who wanted 22's would get those first. Nice choice tho, and I'm also interested how much they set you back too. The roads here are good and I try not to drive too far daily so when I get ready to make that move I gotta go 22.

Looking good Tek. Too bad that your lady did not like your original choice or rims (those were hot). But the ones you have now are pretty nice. But the first thing that ran through my mind when i saw your pics was "DAAAAAMN" those things are huge. Looking good over all and as long as you (and your lady) like it nothing else matters.

You have to kill that front gap though.

Gotta give ya credit for droppin those on their Tek...those things are huge! On the other hand it's not my taste. I'm sure they look alot better in person but they are just big! Maybe I'll get a better look if we can get you to roll to the NE meet in July. Watch them potholes!

the ride got alittle ruff due to the low profile tires... once on a good highway or road you can't even tell that you are on rims... the acceleration its still there, I still feel the car hug me when I press the gas... the gas pedal don't feel as touchy at it was, like it needs alittle more gas to get it going but this is minimal.... I still ride quick, still pass people and still cruise at 80....

tell you the truth it didn't change the car at all...... I expected alot more loss in power and ride, but that didn't happen...

but overall its like I never put the rims on......... like I said the installer spun the 22's on pavement by mistake, he spun 22's!!!!

this car handles the rims perfect....... no regrets at all.....
nice rims, but if you think those rims didnt slow you down your mistaken. im sure it took at least a sec off your time . your best bet is to pimp it now.

are you going to upgrade your brakes to help slow you down. the big of wheel has got to be hard to stop. looks ok, not a big fan of 22" but to each his own

it did, but not enough to complain at all...... i did post that you need to give it more gas to go, and can actually feel it slow down when you take your foot off the gas..

but like I said. I expected alot more slow down and performance decrease, and thats not the case...
