Members with the Elite Package.

Hi,
I've been interested in the 6th Gen since I've seen the rear seats on the Elite Package. To those who purchased the package, what are your opinions based on your experience?
I'm sure you've receive compliments as well as complaints when they have to enter on the other side to sit on the other side. But I sure like the idea of Nissan focusing on the passengers, just like the MayBach.

Actually, I've gotten nothing but compliments. I can't say how much I love the Elite Package with the burnt orange leather. Heated seats all the way around and the rear privacy screen make the Max a whole 'nother car. I'm an armor-bearer for my pastor and he loves to ride in the back seat when we travel. I guess he feels chauferred or something. But he has plenty of room and no complaints.

same here. nothing but compliments. i never noticed how ugly the max looks without the rear center console. it just looks really plain. also i hate having 3 people in the back all cramped up. this way everybody rides comfortable.

Diffrent strokes for diffrent folks. In my case the elite package isn't practical with hualing the family around. I do like the elite feature and wish I could have gotten it. I do sorta wish the privicy screen came as an option, not something you get for getting the Elite package. It really has a pratical functionality to it --- Eilite or not. Scheiße, BMW put it in as an option...

Ugly? Plain? Good way to knock all of us Non-Elite Max owners. I agree with Maxium about needing a full backseat. If I was an empty nester I would have strongly considered having the elite package. I don't think the backseat is ugly without it though ... it's simply a backseat . I guess I don't observe my backseat enough. Plus if you have a dark enough tint, nobody from the outside would have a clue whether or not you have the Elite package. Don't get me wrong though, the Elite package is a really cool option .

it is a nice set up. the first thing people see when they look at monty max are the burnt orange seats but when they look in the back, they are in awe. Mouths drop. The only down side is when people ride in the back, they tend to wanna push buttons; i.e. turn on the heated seats, play with the privacy screen, and the cup holder.

Nothing but compliments here. To me it depends on what look you are trying to achieve. IMO the SE with the elite package gives you a sports car look, the SL with the bench seems a little more classy to me. I purchased my car used so i really lucked out finding one with this option.

yeah he means the rear sunshade screen. sorry guys didnt mean to say the max looks ugly without the rear center console but ive just gotten so used to of having the rear center console that when i look at a non elite it just seems to be missing something. im only 18 so no kids but i see how having an extra seat is important. didnt mean to put anybody down though.

i totally agree. i don't know what the stats are but i'm sure there aren't many max elites out there. there are others in my church with 6th gen, but i'm the only one with the elite. the center console is a niiiiiice touch. quad buckets is the way to go. i couldn't see my max any other way.

Nothing but compliments for my elite also. The Max has always had great rear leg room; with the addition of the buckets seats, it just becomes that much more snug--no sliding around, etc.

I have the elite package and have got nothing but compliments about it. I have one child on the way and a car seat fits perfectly back there. I didn't get the burnt orange leather mine came with black. So the black exterior combined with the black leather and 20% tinted windows gives my Maxima a different look than others in KC

I have the Elite Pckg, and love it. I get nothing but complements. I have
two teen age boys, so the center console is great keeping them seperated.
The Burnt Orange Leather with the Black door panels and carpet looks awsome.

I have the elite package as well and get tons of compliments, the only complaints I get, are from me. I'm constantly hauling around large machine parts and construction materials and often find myself wishing I had a bench seat in the back as well as wishing that both rear seats folded down instead of a 6 inch wide pass-thru. Aside from those little quibbles I have nothing but happiness with my decision.
