I just dropped my 04 SE off at the dealer this morning. This is the first time I had ANY problem with a Nissan product. No shimmy, shakes, rattles, nothing!
Till now.....My lumbar switch quit working Saturday. Not a life threatening problem, but a problem I haven't seen in before in this forum. I'll update it when the problem is resolved.

 

speaking of lumbar, has anybody replaced the passenger seat with a full featured drivers seat? It seams reasonable that you could move the controls to the opposite side of the seat near the passenger door?

 

anything is possible...and back to my issue. I picked up my car and the service dept. couldn't find any problem! It worked for them! Wait and see............

 

sounds like a loose connection like mine was works doesnt work just smack it it will work again my dealer told me same thing it works but a week after it stopped and i tapped it and it works again till next time......

 

My lumbar broke 3 months into ownership...they replaced the whole back part of the seat.

 

Well i have a black on black 04 se loaded and my friend's buddy is recovering my drivers seat(that seat only) in super rich red leather.....should have it, by next fri and will post pics......he is doing all the stiching in black....for $275.00 and this guy does motorcycle seats mostly and does awesome awesome work!

 

why r u doing only the drivers seat in red?

 

Yeah...one red seat...the rest black...Id have to see that
