Majesty, that looks great man, nice work!!

Be careful if/when you paint it, do it right, plenty have posted bad experiences with chipping and flaking.

keep it as is, and when the tooth decides to chip or peel, then paint it body color.

i used a small hack saw for wood or thin metals. i cut clean through it... and i used a fine file to smooth it out.

i like the wait till the tooth chips a little and then paint it body color idea by Pal.. that way i get to keep it like this and then when time comes, ill have another new look for her all painted up

thanks guys!

Edit: does anyone know how i can change the topic title to Completed rather than Under Construction.?

once you start a thread you can't change the tittle of it, you can change everything on the 1st post under edit...

Hmmm... Do you mind if I borrow your style? I'd paint the tooth and frame body color.

style is there for everyone and anyone to do...

get a small saw to saw out the teeth... make sure u dont saw against the frame of the grille cuz it will ruin it...

the mesh grille can be bought from any automart, advanced auto parts, or even home depot... under $30

cut out the mesh to fit the frame making sure its just big enough to get jammed in there(make sure u dont scratch the frame with the mesh).. all contact points were glued on (be carful u dont use more than a couple of drops cuz the glue can ruin the frame finish, and the mesh finish)...

good luck guys.. and show us ur finished grilles!

edit: if ur gonna paint it... cut out the existing frame, cut out ur mesh sides.. then take it for paint.
