How do you swap the cornering lights out?

How do you swap the cornering lights out?
I just wanted to get an idea of how to remove the cornering light bulb so I can change them to either hyperwhite or something blue...I noticed akaxmrxhammer has them, and I was wondering if you could tell me. I can also just drive over there and you can help me if that's easiest...good to be in SoCal.

Thank you kindly...that sounds incredibly easy...the question I now have is what kind of bulb to use...I'm thinking blue, but what brands make them, and where can I purchase them?

Just so you are aware, blue lights would be illegal and could get you pulled over and ticketed.
