Condensation in Light housing

I don't know if any of you have had this problem before ?

This morning after leaving my car out and driving it yesterday in heavy rain there is moisture drops and condensation on the inside of the light housing only one. This is due to the guy not sealing the o rings properly after fitting my High beam HID. ( you have to grease the rubber o rings.) and the matter of a large hole in the sealing cover.

Anybody now a good way to get it out ?

I have today removed the bulbs out and the back covers and a lot of it has evaporated in the dry heat of the sun but some remains at the top right corner.

Any ideas fellas , before I seal it back up and plug the silly hole with urathane.

Strange the lights have been in there like 4 months and this has never happend before.

I guess because its not sealed correctly, the condensation will come back, and keep coming back until properly sealed. So looks like you will have to reseal it

Was the work done at a dealership? If so I would take it back to them. If not it may be cover under the bumper to bumper warranty. If it is not covered or wasn't installed at a dealer I would take it back to the guy and get him to seal it properly. That condesation can blow a bulb quickly and hid's aren't cheap. Good luck I hope you get it fixed. If all else fails dry it with the dryer and seal it up.

I have that problem after I had install HIDs. Both lights got condensation in it after like 3 days of rains. I forgot the sealant. Ask a buddy of mine what to do and he say that when I am driving to put the lights on so that the heat from the lights will eventually dries it out. It works on my driver's side but there is still some on the passenger's side that I am still waiting for it to evaporate. It is annoying the crap out of me everytime I look at it.

Yes it is really starting to **** me off ,

I have decided to resort to a thin hose taped up to my vacume cleaner and suck it out then seal it up super tight. Hope that works
