new rosen 10" dropdown screen installed!!
Well I've had this installed for about a month now and it's great. I replaced my old Icon 9" screen with this one. Although it is a bigger unit, it matches the headliner and looks like it could be a factory option. Plus the screens bigger!!

I got a factory one and it don't look as good as yours nice one....
They drive you a bit around the bend on occassion ( vision wise) and I have had them to keep the kid happy for 3 years now... ( which they do very well) ... small price to pay for peace and quiet..
Next time I will go head rest ones I think...

Just wondering why you did not get something bigger or you still wanted to keep that factory look?

Even a girl will tell you, ten inches is more than enough. The dudes ride looks great, anything bigger would be overkill. Overall, Great Job...

Dude, mines from the philippines, I love little...
My friend has a flip down on his 4th gen max and he was pulled over for playing movies while driving. The officer said that the flip down is obstructing the driver's rear view. This makes sense, but how about SUV/Minivans that comes with this feature?

My maxima came out of the factory with it stock in my model.
They are thinking about having the hand brake restriction put on them over here becuse they consider that they are a distraction to other drivers...Well some younger fellas will go around playin their XXX movies for all to see.
he did get pulled over in PA.. So it's possible that the officers were "bored" and had to do something...
I'm guessing that having two flipdown monitors are different story since they don't block the rear view mirror...One right above each headrest.

Thanks for the comments guys. I installed it myself and I opened up an account with rosen directly...
I think that 10.2" is more than enough for the rear seats. Any bigger and I think the kids will strain their eyes from it being too close. I guess if you really wanted to you could install a 15" in there but, it'll be VERY big!!! Plus this unit has a built-in gaming system...kinda like the old atari games. Nothing crazy or spectacular but, it'll give the kids another option other than just DVD's and the controllers are wireless. Pretty cool.
If anyone is interested in buying one just PM me and I'll hook you up. Thanks again!
