upgrade for navi interface

does anyone here know, if we can upgrade the user interface from the 05 to the new look of the 06 max with the navi color screen?

its all a computer i am taking a guess maybe you can.

impossible oem swap. go aftermarket. search/look around at what others have done and why oem cannot be done.
