okay guys I have a new mod coming out for you guys in about 2 weeks. and have others that I am working on. How many of you would be interested in a real carbon fiber engine cover?

 

How about polished covers? Notice, I wrote cover(s). Nissan did a nice job covering up our fuses, etc. Is there any chance of producing polished covers for those (and/or/including engine cover)?

 

I would..... but as Preacha said I'd also like it for all of the plastic covers under the hood.

 

Soounds like it would be nice, depends on price and what it looks like, of course.

 

Sounds like something I'd go for if I could get all of the covers in carbon fiber.

I think the covers for the 5th gen and up are the same. so if they made them for that gen we can use them..

the only thing is that they are not making them anymore..

 

i have that cf engine cover for my 5th gen, but i don't believe it's in production anymore. i don't know about the 6th gen guys, but i know the 5th genner's would buy these like M&M's haha. i love mine and it looks great!

 

Mystery is the only one that has a CF engine cover for the 6th gen.

 

I think they are interchangeable between 5.5 and 6th gen.

 

yea, they def are...i know some of the 5th gen guys are taking 6th gen covers and putting them on their cars. i'm 95% sure 2002+ covers are all interchangable (including new altima covers).

 

yea the new altima ones are silver in color... too bad i'm getting mines painted already..

 

I have the 02 cover on my VQ. they fit just fine, looks better to because it doesnt have the ghey plastic IM cover.

 

Yeah, it's kinda gay. Nissan should have made it all black.

 

The hole lineups look exact, 6th gen goes a little farther back, but again, looks like it would fit.

 

It does fit Chern, if you read my post above I said I have the 02 cover so the CF ones made for the 02 will fit our cars.
