SL and SE look the same on the exterior besides the wheels. Can not see the difference in what model would look better. Really depends on what look you are looking for and the paint color. Some colors look good with chrome, some do not.....some people in general just hate chrome....some like big wings and stickers....you get my point.

But hey, it is different, and I like it, on my radar....just into the 80 buck or so price tag for the 3M stick on stuff until price goes down....for 40 bucks shipped, I would jump on it. But.....I have been known to spend some money for stuff I really want, looks great in my opinion, but going to wait, considering got about 30 days and will not see my car for a year.

IMO, you should take off the rainguards and the pillars. I like the way the handles match your rims.. But not the rainguards.
Perhaps you can post a poll?
-w/tint
-w/tint,pillars
-w/tint,door handles
-w/tint,pillars,& handles
-w/tint,handles, guards
etc... you get the idea..

Silver Max with Tints is already hot , But that's just my opinion..

I would just take off the rain guards and try it like that for a while. It is that gap between the rain guard and the silver that catches the eye. Otherwise I am still think that chrome/silver is a good fit

I really like the M35 door handles. They look the same but I don't know if the '04-'05 has those crazy key sensing locks. I doubt they would be very affordable if I could find them anyway. I tried to find a pic of them, but didn't have any luck finding one that they could be made out. If you haven't noticed them, they look like the max ones, but they are chrome with a strip down the middle about 3/4" wide that is the body color. They are sharp.

Good for you

I think the chrome door handles and pillars look good on the Silver Maxima. They might also look good on red, blue, and black. I saw a red SUV the other day with chrome appointments and it really stood out. I doubt I would put something like this on my Maxima (Coral Sand), but they are nice touches on your car. Thanks for posting the pictures!

Silvermax, where did you get those vent shades? I've been looking for low profile ones like that. Do they make them tinted? Thanks!

I just saw the chrome door handles in person today, along with the side pillars. I wouldnt do either... I was seriously considering the handles until today. If you look down on them their not even the same size as the handle. Not a true fit. Most are probably not as **** as I, but I would feel like people noticed little stuff like that. I sure did. Oh well, different strokes different folks...

I think they look ok but I love the look of the oem painted handles. They would match good with our chrome accent on the roof and a trenz grill with nice wheels but anything more would be overdoing it IMO.
